Chris Breadner

Chris brings in over 15 years in the HVAC industry with having over 500 furnace retro-fits installed. Chris is a Sheet Metal Red Seal Journeyman on top of being a Class "B" Gas fitter who has his Quality First Forced Air Guidelines Ticket. He also holds his Quality First Ventilation Ticket and has over 10 years’ installation experience in high-end new construction and 5 years in sales and design. Chris has performed over 75 HVAC mechanical designs and heat loss calculations and has an extensive knowledge base in project management for both residential and commercial HVAC systems. Chris has been certified in Daikin Altherma Air-to-Water Heat Pump Systems and Fujitsu split refrigeration systems. Chris also has extensive experience with designing and installing multi-zone systems relating to both forced air and refrigeration systems.

Chris lives in Vancouver with his wife Dina and son Jordan and enjoys playing the guitar and running and working out.


Michael Devlin

Mike brings over 8 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Being a licensed "B" Gas Fitter, Mike continued on to obtain his  Refrigeration Ticket and has extensive experience in Commercial Refrigeration and Air conditioning systems with a specialty in Pneumatics, Building Automation, Controls, Restaurant Refrigeration, Laboratories and Commercial Office HVAC Systems.

Bringing this experience to the residential side brings fast troubleshooting abilities and a “no problem too big to handle” approach.  On his spare enjoys staying fit, and scuba diving..


Steve Blissed

Steve brings in 10 years of experience in the heating and cooling industry. As a Licensed Gas "B" Fitter, Steve has a strong supportive background and knowledge base in working with furnaces, fireplaces, heat pumps, gas lines and boilers. Steve has extensive experience selling heating and cooling products where he is considered one of the top salesmen in the industry. His approach is both honest and professional where he goes above and beyond the expected call of duty to ensure his customers are met with the exceptional level of service he has become known for. His background in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering allows Steve to cover off advanced technical knowledge, problem-solving and expertise generally unheard of among residential salesmen. Steve lives in Coquitlam with his wife Jessica and their 3 "fur-babies", where they enjoy an active lifestyle and take advantage of the many beautiful parks and outdoor activities the Lower Mainland has to offer.
